Brain explained his family business (he and his two sons) was mostly for offices with many cubicles or desks. He took the time to describe all the workings of a fancy office chair and how they benefited the person sitting in it. He would order a single chair but deliveries were probably going to be delayed because of the supply chain and shipping issues. He was very kind and helpful even though we were not likely customers.
