My company has had two office furniture installations with Garrett and his crew; it's always a pleasure to work with them! We originally outfitted our office a couple of years ago with Total Office Interiors and they did an amazing job! This time it was cubicles and additional furniture - we wouldn't go anywhere else. Garrett is very helpful and responsive to our needs - always going above and beyond for us. The furniture is great quality and everyone loves it. The installers were very professional, got everything put together very quickly and did a great job of cleaning up. We would not hesitate to use Total Office Interiors again!

This is a great company to work with , they are family owned and definitely treat there customers like family. Tyler worked with us in our corporate office, every step of the way on multiple occasions for a total of 16 maverick desk, 2 of which were very custom to our wanting's. Tyler made sure everything we desired was fought for and he was very successful in doing so. Everything turned out as expected and he had great install teams that took care of all the small details. I've been managing a team in Phoenix since 2014, and when it was time to relocate our office in 2019, one of my employees recommended Total Office Interiors. He had visited their showroom back in 2012 when we ordered new chairs for the entire office. I met with Tyler at their showroom, and he showed me a range of products, including cubicles, desks, reception, break room, and conference room furniture that perfectly matched my vision for our new office. After comparing bids for similar products, we chose Total Office Interiors. Their quote was budget-friendly, and Tyler's service was exceptional. Managing a relocation can be stressful, but Tyler provided 3D and 2D drawings and coordinated with my other suppliers, significantly reducing the pressure on me. In 2024, we doubled our staff and had to relocate again. Tyler was there for the entire process, making it seamless. The sales team I work with also uses Total Office Interiors. It's fantastic to work with a company that's been in the industry for a long time, can be trusted, and consistently delivers excellent service without any issues.

Absolutely recommend Total Office Interiors! Wonderful small business with excellent customer service! I had spent days searching the internet for office chairs to match the ones we already had that are no longer made. I called Total Office Interiors, and within an hour, Tyler was at our office with color/material swatches to help make a match. They were upfront about production time, so we knew exactly what to expect, and they got us a great deal compared to listing price! Tyler brought the chairs to our office for delivery, and they were a great match to our existing chairs. We will be using them for all future needs!

We recently worked with Tyler and team to furnish our new office. When searching for a company, I came across TOI and was impressed with their website and offerings. I submitted an inquiry form online and received a response from Tyler almost immediately, we set up a call that same week. We went to Total Office Interiors, the first one in Yelp’s list and it was in an office building, in an office. Not at all what we expected. We walked in and rang the “ring for service” bell. Brain explained his family business (he and his two sons) was mostly for offices with many cubicles or desks. He took the time to describe all the workings of a fancy office chair and how they benefited the person sitting in it. He would order a single chair but deliveries were probably going to be delayed because of the supply chain and shipping issues. He was very kind and helpful even though we were not likely customers.

He has helped me with cubicles, office desks, conference room tables, and as recent as today, Tyler came out to do some rekeys on file cabinets for me. Amazing Products and Customer Service! We run our family business out of our home and we purchased a couple of office chairs and there was an 8 week wait on one of the chairs. Tyler Beldt went far beyond our expectations and not only allowed us to use his personal office chair while we waited for our order to arrive but he delivered our chairs to our home office which was 45 minutes away. The chairs are the best quality and comfortable which is so important given the amount of time each day we spend in them. Solid experience with Total Office Interiors. I worked with Garrett to furnish 3 offices, 5 cubicles, and a reception area. Lead times were as stated and very quick. There were a few hiccups along the way, but TOI was communicative all along. All issues were resolved promptly. We'll definitely be return customers as our office furniture needs come along.

Though Total Office Interiors may not be initially noticed on a street corner with flashy windows, it is worth parking in the lot and heading to the suite where concepts can be developed and cutting edge furnishings are available for purchase and design concepts can be realized. THis place is a gem. My chairs were not expensive, comfortable and contemporary in appearance and receive an A+ for customer service and satisfaction delivered by Total Office Interiors! We will surely use them again.
