Brian Beldt is the visionary founder behind Total Office Interiors, bringing over three decades of expertise in the office furniture industry. His journey began in the late 1980s, working with established dealerships to gain hands-on experience in sales, operations, and customer service. In 1993, Brian founded Brian Beldt & Associates as a one-man office furniture dealership, operating from his home and representing top manufacturers like Global and Reconditioned Systems Inc. (RSI). His dedication to quality and customer care quickly set him apart, helping him grow into RSI’s largest dealer.
In 2010, Brian seized the opportunity to acquire RSI’s retail division, rebranding it as Total Office Interiors. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted, family-owned business serving mid-market and enterprise clients across Arizona and beyond. Today, Brian focuses on mentoring his team, expanding TOI’s reach, and carrying on his legacy of excellence and innovation.

Since officially joining the company in 2016, he has worked his way through account management and project oversight roles, gaining first-hand experience in every step of the design, planning, and installation process.

She later spent 16 years at Sprint, excelling in leadership roles responsible for multi-million-dollar revenue streams, before joining her husband Brian at TOI to help expand and refine the growing business.
At TOI, Cindy wears many hats—she oversees business planning, manages accounting, and plays a key role in designing beautiful, functional office environments for clients.
